Welcome to Energglow. These terms explain how you can use our website and the rules that apply if you decide to join one of our coaching plans. By using our site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please don't use the site or our services.
1. About us
Energglow is a small Australian coaching studio based in East Melbourne, Victoria. We provide non-clinical habit and lifestyle coaching to adults who want to build steadier daily routines. Nothing on this website is clinical advice or a substitute for guidance from a qualified professional.
2. Acceptable use of the website
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a way that respects other visitors. You agree not to:
- Use the site in any way that breaks Australian law or any other applicable law.
- Attempt to access restricted areas, accounts or systems that do not belong to you.
- Upload viruses, scripts or any code intended to harm the site or its visitors.
- Copy, scrape or republish our content without our written permission.
3. Coaching services
Our coaching plans are described on our plans page. When you sign up for a plan you enter into an agreement with us based on the details shown at the time of purchase. We may update prices for future renewals with reasonable notice, but the price you have already paid will not change for that billing period.
4. Bookings and cancellations
Coaching sessions are scheduled by agreement. We ask for at least 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule a one-to-one session. Sessions cancelled with less notice may be counted as used, except in genuine emergencies. You can pause or stop your plan before the next renewal at any time.
5. Realistic expectations
We are honest about what coaching can and cannot do. We help you design and follow small everyday habits. Results vary from person to person and depend on many factors including your circumstances and how much you engage with your plan. We do not promise specific outcomes.
6. Intellectual property
All written content, design, layout and graphics on this website are owned by Energglow unless clearly credited otherwise. You may view and print pages for your personal use, but you may not republish them or use them commercially without our written permission.
7. Limitation of liability
We do our best to keep this website accurate and available, but we cannot guarantee it will be free of errors or always online. To the maximum extent allowed by Australian law, we are not responsible for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the website. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
8. Links to other websites
Our site may include links to external sites for your convenience. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those sites and including a link does not imply endorsement.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top shows when the most recent change was made. By continuing to use the site after a change you accept the updated terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of that state, unless we both agree otherwise.
